Usage
alluvialServer(id, obj, res_obj, config)
Arguments
- id
ID string used to match the ID used to call the module UI function
- obj
reactive containing GeneTonic object
- res_obj
reactive, dataframe containing enrichment results
- config
reactive list with config settings
